What has been done at the end of Day 1?

The obs has been knocked down apart from leaving the front wall in place
The roof of the under-building has been taken down giving a level floor for the observatory
The floor of the obs has been concreted
The storage areas have been knocked down and will be rebuilt on the same floor plan

Sara, I've been trying to find a way to contact you to ask your permission to post "Williamina Fleming's Triangular Wisp" on my modest blog (40-60 visitors a day). I'm doing a series of 6-7 of what I consider the most stunning photos from APOD, with credit given, of course. I would really like to use yours--one of my favorites (including its name)!
