As it's galaxy season, it's only right to attempt something with the ODK10 that I've not only done before, but something that is a bit of a frame filler. M101 fits the bill and this is the start of the image 9x1800s exposures in luminance. Loads more data required!!

Beautiful image! Would also like to see the Leo Triplet or the Antenna galaxies imaged.

Hi Peter - I really liked the ODK10, it was an excellent telescope. The only reason I sold it was because of the open design and not having the confidence to clean the mirrors myself. It was compact and light. There was nothing I didn't like about it.
